How to use it
- Choose your PDF.
- Click a page to turn it a quarter turn clockwise, use the buttons on a page to turn it either way, or rotate every page at once.

Rotate a PDF permanently
Turning a page in a PDF viewer usually only changes the view, so the file still opens sideways next time. Here the rotation is saved in the PDF itself, the same way Acrobat does it, so it sticks in every app and when printed.
No quality loss
Rotation is stored as each page's orientation. The content isn't redrawn or recompressed, so text stays selectable and the file size barely changes.
