How to use it

  1. Choose the PDF you want to split.
  2. Click the scissors between two pages to cut there, or choose “Every page” or “By page ranges”.
  3. Press “Split PDF”. Each part is saved as its own PDF, together in a ZIP file.

Three ways to split a PDF

“Where I choose” shows every page with scissors between them: click to cut, click again to undo. To cut a long scan into equal parts, type a number in “Or split every” and the cuts are placed for you.

“Every page” separates the PDF into single pages. “By page ranges” takes a list like 1-3, 4-10, 11- and makes one PDF per range; a range can repeat pages or run backwards.

Does splitting reduce quality?

No. Pages are copied, not re-rendered.

Can I split a password-protected PDF?

Yes, if you know the password: you'll be asked for it when you open the file, and the parts are saved without it.
